Dashboard & Navigation
DATAZONE Control offers an intuitive interface with module-based navigation and real-time updates.
Main Navigation
The main navigation is located at the top of the screen and displays all available modules as color-coded tabs:

Additionally, there are cross-module sections:
- Scripts - Centralized script management
- Reports - Reporting
- Checks - Health checks
- Groups - Host groups and virtual modules
- Tools - Run URLs and utilities
- Settings - Administration
Module View
Each module consists of several sub-tabs:
Host Table
The central overview displays all hosts of the module in a table with:
- Status indicator (Online/Offline)
- System metrics (CPU, RAM, Disk)
- Module-specific columns
- Search and filter functions
Tunnels
Management of secure port forwards for this module.
Jobs
Overview of running and completed tasks.
Logs
Execution logs and audit trail.
Customer Filter
At the top of the navigation, there is a dropdown for filtering by customer. Select a specific customer to display only their hosts, or select All Customers for the full overview.
Dark Mode
DATAZONE Control supports a dark mode:
- Click the moon/sun icon in the top navigation bar
- The setting is saved in the browser
Host Detail Modal
Click on a host in the table to open the detail modal. It contains several tabs:

| Checks | Assigned health checks and their results |
| Jobs | Running and past tasks for this host |
| Shell | Remote terminal directly in the browser |
| Logs | Execution logs |
| Groups | Manage group membership |
| Updates | Update history and scheduled updates |
| Agent | Agent status, logs, and configuration |
| Delete | Remove host from the system |
Context Menu
Right-clicking on a host in the table opens a context menu with quick actions:
- Open host details
- Start tunnel
- Open shell
- Open WebUI (if available)
- Start updates
- Execute script
Bulk Actions
Select multiple hosts via the checkboxes in the table to perform actions simultaneously:
- Bulk Update - Start updates on multiple hosts
- Bulk Script - Execute a script on all selected hosts
- Bulk Group - Assign/remove hosts to/from a group
Scaling
The interface provides a scaling slider to adjust the display for different screen sizes. It is located in the top navigation bar.
Real-Time Updates
All data is updated in real time:
- Agent heartbeats deliver current system metrics
- Status changes (online/offline) are displayed immediately
- Task progress is transmitted live
- WebSocket connection for minimal latency
